How to Rank in Google Maps Guide

If you have a business, your goal should be ranking on Google. However, that can  take a while and be a little more difficult to do. But if you have a physical location, ranking for Google Maps can be a lot easier and should be definitely be something you aim for. In this post I'm going to show you exactly how I rank my clients with physical locations on Google Maps in 5 EASY STEPS.

First, make sure your website is completely optimized. Meaning Header, sitemap, contact page, social links and other things. 
Next make sure you have a Google My Business Listing. You can sign up here. 

Once you have a Google My Business listing make sure your listing is completely filled out. If Google didn't want this information completed they wouldn't put there. This includes, hours, address, etc.


Google Reviews are can be the reason your business is 3rd on the list or 1st. So make sure you have reviews. I would suggest at least 15-20, but the more the better. The better your ratings are can also help your ranking as well.
